Aerobics helps in increasing oxygen supply and in its efficient usage in the body, and helps in making your lungs and heart stronger.

Aerobics and Strength exercises combined are the best exercise for weight loss, as it burns your fat faster when combined.

Other than this regular exercise for weight loss, simple activities like gardening, doing house hold chores, walking up the stairs, etc can make you lose calories to a considerable extent. Include fun exercises like skipping, Hula Hoopla, twisting and squatting to your exercise regimen for better and faster results.
